I spend my days translating between "client" and "developer" and driving software development with an agile mindset. My focus is on bringing interdisciplinary teams together around a shared goal and fostering ownership of results. I advocate for a responsible approach to technology, especially when it comes to building and using AI.
After several years in IT, working with diverse products and teams, and observing where our industry often falls short, I decided to start sharing my insights on improving communication between the different groups involved in software development, as well as exploring the social impact of technology and how we can approach it more responsibly.
